Shipping policy

The Makers Den ships eligible products to customers within the areas available during checkout.

Order Processing

In-stock orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Custom, made-to-order, or 3D printed products may require additional production time. Estimated production or processing times may be displayed on the applicable product page or communicated to the customer before fulfillment.

Business days do not include weekends or major U.S. holidays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs, when applicable, are calculated and displayed during checkout before the customer completes the purchase.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated otherwise. Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

When tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information after their order has been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If you discover an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive as expected, please contact us with your order information. We will work with you and, when appropriate, the shipping carrier to determine the appropriate resolution.

TikTok Shop Orders

Orders placed through TikTok Shop are also subject to TikTok Shop's applicable shipping and fulfillment requirements.
