Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase from The Makers Den. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will work with you to make it right.
Standard Products
Most standard, non-custom products purchased directly from The Makers Den may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in substantially the same condition in which it was received and include any components or accessories originally included with the product.
To request a return, please contact The Makers Den before sending the product back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Unless the product arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise required by applicable law, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and photographs of the item and packaging when possible.
If we determine that the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or refund.
Custom and Personalized 3D Printed Products
Products that are custom-made, personalized, modified, or manufactured specifically for a customer are generally not eligible for return due to a change of mind.
If a custom product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved specifications, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
3D Printed Product Characteristics
3D printed products are manufactured layer by layer. Minor layer lines, seams, surface variations, color variations, and other characteristics associated with the 3D printing process may occur and are not necessarily considered defects.
Classes, Camps, and Educational Services
Classes, camps, workshops, and other educational services may be subject to separate cancellation and refund terms presented during registration. Those terms take precedence for those services.
TikTok Shop Orders
Purchases made through TikTok Shop are also subject to TikTok Shop's applicable cancellation, return, and refund policies. Where TikTok Shop's policies or applicable law provide greater rights to the customer, those requirements will apply.
Return and refund requests for TikTok Shop purchases should be initiated through TikTok Shop.
Refunds
Once an eligible returned item has been received and inspected, we will process the applicable refund. Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.
Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
