These Terms of Service apply to purchases and use of The Makers Den website and services.
By purchasing from The Makers Den or using our website, you agree to these terms and any additional policies referenced during checkout.
Products
We make reasonable efforts to accurately display and describe our products. Because many of our products are manufactured using 3D printing, minor variations in color, texture, layer appearance, surface finish, and dimensions may occur.
Product images are intended to represent the product but may not reflect every minor manufacturing or color variation.
Pricing and Availability
Prices and product availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing, description, inventory, or other errors.
We may limit or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving pricing errors, inventory errors, suspected fraud, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling an order.
Custom 3D Printing
Customers requesting custom manufacturing are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights and permissions to reproduce any designs, models, logos, trademarks, copyrighted works, or other materials submitted to The Makers Den.
The Makers Den reserves the right to decline custom manufacturing requests that we reasonably believe may violate applicable law, intellectual property rights, safety requirements, or our business policies.
Product Use
Unless specifically identified otherwise, our products are not designed or certified for medical, safety-critical, life-support, food-contact, or other regulated applications.
Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for their intended use.
Classes and Educational Services
Classes, camps, workshops, and educational programs may have additional registration, cancellation, supervision, safety, and participation requirements.
Third-Party Platforms
Products purchased through third-party platforms such as TikTok Shop may also be subject to the applicable platform's terms, policies, buyer protections, and return requirements.
Intellectual Property
Content created and owned by The Makers Den, including applicable text, graphics, branding, photographs, and original materials, may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission except as permitted by law.
Third-party trademarks, designs, characters, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Makers Den will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from misuse of products or use outside their intended purpose.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer protection law.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on our website at the time of use will apply, subject to applicable law.
