3D Printer Repair

3D printers are complex machines that from time to time require matinace and repair.  We are able to repair most machines.  We do chage a standard bench fee of $60 for diagnosses and the first hour of labor and addiontal time is charged out at the same rate.  Parts and materails that are required are an additional charge. 

We will make every effort to repair any printer, but some brands and machine models are easier to find parts.  We aim to have machines repaired within 5-7 business days. However part procurement may delay that repair timeline. 

Once contacted that your printer is ready for pickup you have 7 calander days to pick it up before the machine starts to accrue a $5.00 a day storage fee. 

If a 3D printer remains at the store location for more than 30 days then the machine will be considered abandoned and the store owner has the right to sell or part out the machine in an attempt to recoup its losses.
